As a remote in-home representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support reputed company phone and SMS. **Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service reputed company phone and SMS, responding to inbound calls and making outbound appointment setting calls
- Identify and resolve caller needs, providing information and solutions with a reputed company and energetic attitude
- Maintain accurate database records and manage SMS communications
- Meet reputed company Assurance Requirements and key performance metrics
**Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm+ and work on a computer for extended hours
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
