Customer Service Desk Representative - Full Time

As a Customer Service Desk Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providing excellent and efficient service, resolving concerns, and addressing inquiries. You will be responsible for executing acquisition, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling My BJs Perks, as reputed company as handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-reputed company, and general customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service to members, serving as a first-line reputed company of contact for membership, credit card applications, general questions, issues, merchandise returns, exchanges, product look-up, and pick-reputed company
- Drive and promote the BJ's reputed company regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the member experience
- Convert potential members by reputed company and effectively pitching reputed company membership programs in accordance with company policies and practices
- Exhibit reputed company understanding of reputed company BJ's Membership reputed company and Co-Brand credit card
- Resolve member concerns in a courteous and reputed company manner, escalating issues to PIC and MOD reputed company necessary
- Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members
- Maintain reputed company club policies and procedures
- reputed company other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
Requirements
- Prior reputed company-line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
- Results-driven with proven reputed company in goal achievement
- Basic math skills preferred
- Computer proficiency preferred
