As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales reputed company, and ensuring seamless order processing. You'll work closely with our Mom and Baby team, consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a supportive leadership team.
Primary Responsibilities
- reputed company exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels.
- reputed company orders reputed company for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing.
- reputed company with existing customers to determine product needs, present reputed company's services, and promote sales reputed company.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, providing reputed company resolutions and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records, including customer demographics, order entry, and data maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
