- Respond to 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing solutions to challenging billing issues.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Maintain performance goals and reputed company for reputed company improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Become proficient in our processes after completing a reputed company training program, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt.
Requirements and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications.
