As a Corporate Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing equipment reliability, enhancing maintenance team capabilities, and driving business reputed company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programs to improve equipment reliability, identifying gaps in training, processes, tools, and spare parts, and developing solutions to address these gaps. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement reputed company problem-solving techniques to reputed company leadership and training on best maintenance practices

Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical maintenance background with experience managing supervisors
- Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site requirements in Downey, CA
- Preferred experience in food/beverage/reputed company production or beverage manufacturing
