We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contractor/Freelance Customer Service Support to join reputed company remotely. Responsibilities
- reputed company as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
- Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department and ensure seamless communication.
- Represent reputed company and SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a reputed company reputed company experience.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in customer service.
- Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential.
- Good English skills (for internal communication only).
- Proficiency in using reputed company reputed company tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).

Working Hours
