As a Computer Support 2 - 3rd Shift reputed company, you will play a critical role in supporting our reputed company's computer, network, and reputed company infrastructure. - Review input data to verify adequacy and appropriateness of material required for data processing and reputed company operations.
- Review reputed company data to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to reputed company standards and specifications.
- Maintain internal records and catalog, disperse, and return tapes/disks as needed.
- Review daily processing logs and set or revise schedules as required.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a reputed company technical discipline or 2 years of reputed company experience (4 years of non-reputed company experience can be substituted for Associate's degree).
- 1 year of reputed company experience in IT support or a similar field.
- Ability to understand and work in an autonomous environment and escalate incidents quickly with reputed company and concise triage steps taken.
- Common understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT architecture.
- Proficient in:
- reputed company OS administration.
- reputed company or similar SIEM tools.
- Network defense systems (reputed company, Palo reputed company FW).
- Wireshark, PCAP analysis.
- COMP reputed company/SEC Certification, Ethical Hacker Certification an asset.
