Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Title Officers with reputed company reputed company estate transactions, including title commitment reviews, ordering title and tax updates, and resolving title reputed company reputed company
- Create and maintain files, records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Support new order entry and fulfillment, paperless file setup, order tracking, and post-closing functions
- Review transaction documents for closings, reputed company and reputed company title fees, and prepare invoices
- Communicate professionally with reputed company parties, providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare and revise title commitments, title policies, and endorsements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of title industry experience (reputed company preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Proficiency in reputed company and MS Office (reputed company, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to quickly learn company operating systems and new software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities
