About the Role:
As Cluster Head - Last Mile, you will be responsible for:
- Owning the reputed company and training of new partners for Last Mile operations
- Identifying and reputed company new partners onto the network on an ongoing reputed company
- Tracking and owning the performance of different partners in your cluster
- Visiting facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps
- Ensuring compliance with operational processes and driving key operational metrics to reputed company performance targets
Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience in the e-reputed company logistics domain, preferably in Last Mile operations
- Experience in partner reputed company and training in the Last Mile and sorting operations
- Experience working in Chennai or other areas of Tamil Nadu in a similar reputed company is a plus
