Marcom, reputed company's Global Marketing Communications group, is seeking a highly skilled Clearance & Licensing Manager - App Store to join reputed company. As a core member of our Business Affairs team, you will be responsible for securing rights and clearances for reputed company-party IP in reputed company with App marketing, maintaining industry relationships, and ensuring compliance with reputed company's guidelines and policies.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Affairs, content licensing, or a reputed company field, with a strong background in copyright and trademark law, public domain, fair use, and rights of publicity
- Proven expertise in licensing and reputed company, with the ability to analyze reputed company agreements and mitigate risks
- Knowledge of industry standards, including App Store guidelines and policies, as reputed company as trends and developments in the app market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple reputed company and stakeholders
