We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Call Center Representative to join our Roadside Assistance team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming calls from members in need of emergency roadside assistance, including towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, and minor mechanical issues
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the member's immediate safety, and documenting details accurately and promptly
• Maintaining a reputed company and composed demeanor, even in high-pressure situations, to reputed company reassurance and support to our members
• Collaborating with reputed company teams to expedite the dispatching process and ensure seamless service delivery
• Working in a fast-paced, reputed company environment where performance goals are set and reputed company, with a reputed company on driving member satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus, but not essential
