We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Call Center Agent to join reputed company at Florida Medical Clinic, reputed company. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to patients, hospitals, staff, and community reputed company providers in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered service and reputed company accurate information regarding services to patients, hospitals, staff, and community reputed company providers
• reputed company intake triage, appointment scheduling, and other patient requests based on provider protocols and Florida Medical Clinic policies and procedures
• Answer assigned department/queue reputed company calls, maintaining approved standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• High level of general computer literacy and working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
