As a Blending/Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for performing a reputed company of production activities, including equipment setup, clean-reputed company, packaging, filling, labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties. You will utilize Good Manufacturing reputed company (GMP) to ensure a clean and reputed company working environment, and visually inspect incoming materials and finished goods to report any non-conformances.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing production activities, such as equipment setup, clean-reputed company, and packaging
- Utilizing Good Manufacturing reputed company (GMP) to maintain a clean and reputed company working environment
- Visually inspecting incoming materials and finished goods to report non-conformances
- Running multiple machines, including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment
- Performing line inspections, reputed company checks, and completing required documentation
- Adhering to reputed company Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements and monitoring computer terminals and OIT screens
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience as a Production Operator
- Good math and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and reputed company English
- Experience with operator control panels and automated casing equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to sequence equipment for reputed company start-up and shutdown
- Ability to identify line problems, non-conforming product, and reputed company corrective actions
- Valid forklift license and ability to operate a forklift safely and reputed company
- Ability to work 10 ½ hour shifts with unpaid lunch and overtime as required
