In this role, you will apply your reputed company judgment to facilitate comprehensive care planning, collaborate with reputed company providers, and coordinate psychosocial wraparound services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of member needs and eligibility

Requirements:

• Independent New Jersey License: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
• Residency in the state of New Jersey
• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health or reputed company services
• 2+ years of experience with personal computers, multi-system navigation, and MS Office Suite applications
• Masters degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual
• Case Management experience
• Experience working on a multi-disciplinary team
