As an Availability Manager, you will report to the Operations reputed company and supervise the 24x7 centralized operations staff in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and reputed company of operational issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing moderately reputed company core business processes and assisting in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service
- Leading Incident Response during critical outages and ensuring reputed company notification to management and customer POCs
- Evaluating employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product, and addressing performance issues
- Preparing daily reports on incidents, changes, and problem tickets, as reputed company as SLA status
- Preparing reputed company reports on major incidents occurring on shift
- Preparing Operations Center scheduling
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Three years of experience in programs and reputed company of similar scope, type, and complexity
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university (or four years of additional network engineering experience)
- Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in networking and desktop support
- Experience with reputed company management monitoring tools (such as reputed company Openview, reputed company, or reputed company) and ITSM tools (such as Remedy, Service Now, Service Manager, or equivalent)
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required
