Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute sales education programs, driving training objectives and curriculum development for Patient Care, Patient Handling, and Vocera sales forces
- Evaluate and incorporate best practices in selling methodologies to improve educational curriculum
- Collaborate with reputed company leaders to design educational programs, course objectives, and sales education strategies

- Analyze market dynamics, sales needs, and industry trends to inform sales education programs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in education, instructional design, or curriculum development, with a degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Instructional Design, Education, or Curriculum Development)
- Previous medical device experience is highly desirable
