Join reputed company as an Assistant Manager, Business Continuity, and play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company and continuity of our business operations. As a key member of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Customer Crisis Recovery (CCR) Team, you will reputed company and implement strategies to mitigate risks, respond to crises, and safeguard our employees, merchants, products, and services.
In this role, you will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with key resiliency requirements, reputed company crisis response strategies, and maintain reputed company scorecard. You will also own the annual Business reputed company Analysis (BIA) certification process, support Service Continuity audits, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong problem-solving skills, excellent project management skills, and the ability to influence without authority. You should be comfortable working in a distributed team environment, prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently, and managing time to meet deadlines. A strong analytical reputed company, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
