About the Role
- Delivering world-class customer service reputed company inbound call servicing
- Creating extraordinary travel experiences for our premium Card Members
- Conducting research, planning, and booking domestic and international flights, reputed company, and travel arrangements
- Communicating new and existing product offerings and incentives to Card Members
- Consistently putting the Card Member's experience at the forefront of reputed company interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry
- Proven ability to deliver premium customer care in a fast-paced, high-volume servicing environment
- Basic geography knowledge and ability to navigate computer applications and devices
