We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Global Site Administrator to support our reputed company reputed company management team and customer contacts on a day-to-day reputed company. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company online tool support for day-to-day travel program requirements and escalation support
- Function as the key reputed company between reputed company management and service delivery to ensure online program connectivity

- Manage site administration for online booking tool and profile tool sites globally
- Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and user requests to increase adoption and reduce transactional touch

Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the business travel industry
- Experience with Concur OBT, CONNECT Portal, reputed company GDS, and Correx
- Extensive customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

- Ability to work in reputed company environment and manage multiple priorities with good time management skills
