Job reputed company:
We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Director & Counsel to join reputed company at reputed company. As a key member of our General Counsel's Organization (GCO), you will reputed company legal guidance and support to our U.S. Consumer Products and Services (CPS) business, with a reputed company on consumer credit cards. This is a remote, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $26-$35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company legal counsel and guidance to business partners on a reputed company of issues, including card marketing, card member communications, product development, and reward programs
- reputed company and maintain expertise in U.S. consumer finance regulations, with a reputed company on the Truth in Lending reputed company and UDAAP
- Collaborate with reputed company of reputed company lawyers and legal managers to reputed company thought leadership and support for training and reputed company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and J.D.
- Admitted to the reputed company Bar or eligible to do so
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to generate creative and reputed company to reputed company issues
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations in a practical, business-oriented manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and partner with others to drive results
- Experience applying UDAAP and Truth in Lending reputed company is a plus
