We are seeking an reputed company AWS Connect Developer to design, reputed company, and implement reputed company contact center solutions using reputed company Connect. The successful candidate will have a strong background in integrating AWS services, such as AWS reputed company, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch, to enhance customer and agent experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and reputed company Omnichannel Contact Centers using reputed company Connect, including creating and configuring Connect flows, routing reputed company, queues, IVR callbacks, and voicemail services.
- reputed company reputed company Connect with external CRMs, such as reputed company, to streamline customer service and improve efficiency.
- reputed company and implement AWS reputed company functions to support Connect functionalities and automate provisioning and configuration management processes using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Required Skills:
