Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or reputed company services
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time to meet with members in person
- Reliable transportation and ability to reimburse mileage according to company policy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Case management and discharge planning experience
