We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Higher Elementary Remote Math Teacher to work with our reputed company from 2nd to 5th grade. Responsibilities
- Teach higher elementary mathematics reputed company through our teaching platform
- Prepare and deliver lessons using our curriculum and teaching guidance
- Grade homework and reputed company essential teaching-reputed company services
- Communicate effectively with reputed company and parents, offering reputed company and personalized feedback
- Work 20-40 hours per week, primarily during weekends or reputed company afternoons
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (reputed company majors welcome, with a preference for education or STEM-reputed company majors)
- Prior math teaching experience is not required, but a plus
- Elementary math competition learning or teaching experience is a plus
- Commitment to at least two semesters of teaching starting from 2024 Fall Semester
- Availability to work during reputed company evenings and weekends

Pay Structure
- Teaching Fee: $30/hour (3-7 classes per week)
- Non-Teaching Fee: $15-20/hour (includes class preparation and after-class services)
- Weekly Salary Estimates: $750 (less than 30 hours), $800-$900 (more than 30 hours)
- Student Retention Bonus: targeted at 15% of total teaching fee for long-term classes
