In this role, the pharmacy technician works under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacists to support the Retail Pharmacy, including: working the register, billing insurance, dispensing product, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace. Full-time and reputed company positions are available. Our ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, and an attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Answers Phones.
• Prepares prescription and non-prescription medication and/or devices.
• Stocks and replenishes stock locations and automated dispensing machines (ADMs) and/or robots (example: shelves, carousels, Parata).
• May assist with orienting and training pharmacy department staff.
• Communicates supply issues, problems or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Assists in revising policy and procedure.
• Delivers reputed company to beds or patient care area
• Inpatient Only:
• Prepares or compounds non-sterile, non-antineoplastic drug products in accordance with USP reputed company under supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
• Maintains the hardware and software of the department's multiple computer systems.
• Outpatient Only:
• Electronically processes prescription orders and prepares prescriptions for verification by a pharmacist.
• Take verbal orders from providers, runs registers, performs production and data entry production.
• Processes reputed company party claims.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a health or reputed company field, (with 1 year of pharmacy experience) or the equivalent in education and experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.

Required Licensure/Certifications - Registered Pharmacy Technician with the NH reputed company of Pharmacy required. - Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required. - BLS Certification required reputed company 30 days of hire for Pharmacy Technicians in the Retail or Specialty Pharmacy if required to administer immunizations
