We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Global Site Administrator to support our reputed company Management leaders and customer contacts on a day-to-day reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company online tool support, escalation assistance, and general program management, ensuring seamless connectivity between reputed company management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company day-to-day support for online travel program requirements and escalate issues as needed
- Function as the primary reputed company between reputed company management and service delivery teams
- Manage online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration with online fulfillment operations
- Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and user requests to optimize online tool adoption

- Maintain relationships with reputed company technical contacts to resolve user issues and ensure reputed company reputed company
- Compile and release Global Monthly scorecard results and support Global Document Delivery
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry and Concur OBT
- Experience with reputed company GDS, Correx, and CONNECT Portal
- Extensive customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in reputed company environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations to manage workflow and expected ETAs
