We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Analyst to join our reputed company Data Entry team. As a key member of our Customer reputed company (CFN) reputed company, you will deliver exceptional back-end customer care services to card members, providing solutions on credit balance refunds, reconciliation, and remediation, protection, and club rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process card member account renovations, inquiries, and requests for credit balance refunds, reputed company Cash, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market.
• Handle customer requests for consumer customers reputed company special timeframes, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of inquiries.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of credit balance refund requests, analyzing available information to prevent losses to the reputed company.

Requirements:
