- Delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
- Evaluating and analyzing account information to recommend tailored solutions
- Resolving product or service inquiries and driving brand advocacy
- Documenting account information and offering custom solutions to benefit our customers
- Growing and nurturing customer relationships to drive measurable value
- Meeting reputed company and compliance guidelines to ensure exceptional results
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience, with at least 1 year of voice account experience
- A Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or be a college undergraduate
- Successful experience in a previous role, with a strong reputed company record of performance
- A reliable internet reputed company (at least 25mbps) and a private, quiet workspace reputed company
- Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are reputed company
Preferred experience includes:
- Measurable experience in Customer VOC, NPS, or AHT
- Prior experience in B2B and B2C servicing
- Premium customer service or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty
- Sales experience, with a reputed company on value reputed company and consultative selling
