Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, present, monitor, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware, ensuring reputed company performance and minimal downtime.
- reputed company expert guidance to IT clients on reputed company aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN system software.
- Take ownership of issues, resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals in a reputed company and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with various teams to investigate and resolve system-reputed company issues, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
- reputed company routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, printer configurations, and remote reputed company setup, to ensure reputed company system performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a reputed company on desktop software and hardware troubleshooting and reputed company.
- Proven experience supporting laptops in a reputed company/TCPIP environment, with a strong understanding of reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company 7.
- A+ certification and MCSE/MCP certification are highly desirable, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
