Job reputed company:
- reputed company technical support for end-user computing, including software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance of PC desktop/laptop systems and peripherals.
- Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals.
- Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve system-reputed company issues.
- Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools.
- Install and configure local and network-based printers.
- reputed company preventative maintenance and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience/training.
- 2+ years of hands-on IT experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues.
- Firsthand experience supporting PCs in a reputed company/TCPIP environment.
- A+ certification and MCSE/MCP are a plus.
