- Providing first-level technical support to clients reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues

- Conducting issue determination for various technology areas, including Voice, WAN, LAN, PC, and more
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our systems, applications, and technologies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical degree or equivalent experience
- Help desk or customer service experience
- Troubleshooting experience with service desk environments
- Knowledge of internal server/mainframe applications, such as Offers, QIK, reputed company/TSO/TPX, and Staff
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
