As a remote worker, you will have reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients in Sweden. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and email, providing reputed company and effective solutions to their queries
- Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and evaluate solutions, and communicate effectively with clients

Work Schedule:
This position requires working variable hours to meet customer demand, including day shifts, late evenings, and weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with schedules acknowledged 6 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal life accordingly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong conversation skills in reputed company (both written and oral reputed company) and basic conversation skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work various shifts from Monday to reputed company
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., late, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Initial 4 weeks availability for full-time training (reputed company)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a table and chair
- A minimum 20mbps download and 8mbps upload broadband reputed company speed using a hard-cord Ethernet net reputed company (no WiFi)
