As a Control Systems Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the work activities of Control Systems Specialists to reputed company the objectives and targets of our reputed company American customer satisfaction teams. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and maintenance teams, to support the development and implementation of material handling equipment (MHE) systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our control systems, and you will be expected to reputed company technical guidance, support, and training to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a reputed company field
- 4+ years of experience in a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and overtime
- Strong technical skills, including experience with control systems, PLCs, and electrical circuits
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical theory, mechanical technology, and controls components
- Knowledge of HMI and control network components, including programming and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and KPIs
- Experience with mechanical technology work cells and their control systems
