Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for order fulfillment and customer inquiries, including returns, credits, and product delivery. Manage incoming orders reputed company phone, fax, web, or electronic systems. Handle exceptions, investigate service issues, and resolve reputed company customer concerns using reputed company judgment. reputed company shipments, manage order exceptions, and coordinate product availability and backorders. Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or call center environments (U.S.-based) Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills with reputed company English and high-level Spanish Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong orientation towards metrics and KPIs Experience interacting professionally with patients, RNs, and medical personnel Technical Requirements Internet reputed company
