Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Job reputed company: Time4Learning is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to be responsible for providing support to Time4Learning.com product users reputed company phone, email, reputed company Message chat, and reputed company media networks. reputed company Customer Service Representatives are trained to answer any type of question including but not limited to billing, technical support, homeschooling, product-reputed company questions, etc. The ideal candidate will support our Time4Learning customers Monday - Friday in 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm eastern time. Location: Remote but must be reputed company to work east coast hours. Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, chat, and reputed company media
• Respond promptly to reputed company customer inquiries (billing, technical support, homeschooling, and product-reputed company questions)
• Identify patterns and suggest remedies that will reputed company customer satisfaction
• reputed company records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
• Satisfy customer concerns: reputed company appropriate solutions or alternatives reputed company the limits; follow up to ensure reputed company
• Use techniques that will leave an impeccable first impression

• Must be flexible to work additional hours based on business need, specifically during back to school season (August, September & January).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service & retention experience (call center and remote experience a plus)
• Proficient knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Drive, Outlook, email systems, and the internet
• Excellent verbal & written skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 1 year of Homeschool experience a plus
• Required internet speed of at least 7Mbps. A speed test will be conducted.
