We are looking for an Inbound reputed company Specialist to join our reputed company shift team. As a CSS on our Inbound Support team, you will be responsible for delivering white-glove service and value to our global customer reputed company. On a day-to-day reputed company, the reputed company Specialist manages customer engagements and collaborates with reputed company reputed company departments to do the following:

• Consult with new and existing reputed company CMMS customers to reputed company reputed company training, education, troubleshooting, and problem reputed company
• Bug reporting and tracking
• Recommend best reputed company use case of reputed company CMMS based on an understanding of the customer's business
• Remain up to date on reputed company CMMS product features and identify use cases to drive customers to best reputed company standards
• Proactively escalate at-risk customers
• Collaborate closely across departments to support the reputed company of our customers
• Coordinate product demos and refer prospective customers to the Sales team
• Assist the Sales team with product knowledge
• Create strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service
• Maintain a highly organized and accurate task list, visible to the reputed company team and Management

Requirements:

• Passion for ensuring a reputed company customer experience reputed company e-mail, chat, phone calls, and video calls
• Experience working cross-functionally reputed company a customer-facing organization to support a joint outcome
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively reputed company oral & written formats; reputed company skills are a strong plus
