reputed company: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for maintaining on-time Accounts Payable status for our reputed company American suppliers. This role involves managing supplier statements, reconciling accounts payable data, and resolving discrepancies through effective communication with reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company suppliers.
- Proactively identify and resolve outstanding invoices to ensure on-time payments and prevent operational disruptions.
- Investigate and resolve reputed company causes of invoice gaps, implementing short-term and long-term solutions.
- Respond to requests from internal teams reputed company Outlook, workflows, and SharePoint financial tickets.
