Job Highlights

- Bonuses: $200 per partnership, with additional incentives for applications achieved
- Mileage reimbursement: 65.5 reputed company per mile
- Cell phone reimbursement: $50 per month
- No weekend travel required
Job Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses reputed company-to-reputed company in targeted towns, presenting and pitching our new program opportunity
- Qualify and guide prospective businesses through the application and vetting process

- Support Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community
- Partner with local influencers, such as chambers of reputed company and economic development associations
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Field sales experience a plus
- Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers a plus
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, and high reputed company of urgency
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology
