Our available schedules include full-time 3rd shift positions, with typical hours ranging from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including at least one weekend shift.

Job Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls for roadside assistance and process requests in a reputed company and efficient manner
- reputed company detailed information on road service products and services, promoting member retention, renewal, and new membership sales
- Utilize department software to capture accurate information, prioritize calls for safety issues, and research membership status
- Determine the appropriate course of reputed company for reputed company call, consulting with supervisors as needed, and attempt to accommodate members in borderline situations

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Customer Service experience required, with Call Center experience preferred

- Ability to operate a computer with relevant software applications and maintain confidentiality
