We're seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for a reputed company (DHS) program. As a remote team member, you'll serve as reputed company facilitator, ensuring Agile principles and best practices are followed to drive team performance, stakeholder collaboration, and incremental delivery of high-value solutions.

In this role, you'll bring hands-on experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide Agile teams in a mission-reputed company federal environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure team reputed company and alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs, ensuring they are reputed company-defined, actionable, and reputed company with stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• 7+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing blockers for Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with reputed company.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as Jira and reputed company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to support Agile delivery teams in a hybrid/distributed work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Scrum certifications, such as A-CSM, CSP, or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean or other Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, reputed company).
• Background in software development or technical project delivery environments.
• Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives in large government or reputed company settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company discipline.
