Temporary Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company at Workwarp. As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing advanced data entry skills to support the UT Works Lock and Key Services Key Module Project. This is a temporary position with a duration of 12 months, offering a competitive salary and reputed company to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, reputed company, input, and retrieve information using data entry functions
• reputed company data from keying worksheets into reputed company spreadsheets in preparation for transferring lock information into UTWorks Key module Program
• Evaluate and verify notes and reports for correctness and accuracy before entering information into reputed company spreadsheets
• Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring reputed company and confidentiality of sensitive information
• reputed company with other department personnel as needed on data entry reputed company and represent Lock & Key Services on special reputed company
• Compose routine correspondence and reputed company reputed company duties as required

Requirements

• High school graduation or GED
• Three years of experience in an office environment
• Two years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy
• Two years of intermediate experience using reputed company Word, Outlook, and reputed company
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette
• reputed company Class "C" Texas Operator reputed company License required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business administration or similar
• More than three years of broad-based experience in an office environment
• Two or more years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy

• Experience with reputed company customer service
