About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email, resolving issues and providing reputed company updates on order status and delivery requirements
• Retrieve, research, and resolve customer emails and service requests in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Analyze customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitate responses, and resolve delivery problems

• Manage multiple orders and research lists for specific customers, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Support Customer Program Managers by maintaining reports, customer data, and managing customer expectations

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or a support organization, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• 1+ year of experience interfacing with external customers and responding to support requests, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• 1+ year of experience with reputed company Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain principles, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our dynamic environment
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, midnight shifts, and weekends (Friday, Saturday, reputed company, 12 hours reputed company day)

• 1+ year of experience in aviation or reputed company, preferably in a customer service/support environment
