Remote Veterinary Support Opportunities - Non-Credentialed Veterinary Technicians

Job reputed company
- Respond to incoming cases reputed company telephone or chat, providing accurate medical, health, and safety information to pet owners and veterinary professionals
- Triage cases, take full histories and details of events, and document reputed company case in an electronic record
- reputed company empathetic and compassionate support to pet owners in distress
- Work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positions and Schedules
- Overnight Veterinary Information Specialist I: Full-time, overnight shift (10pm-reputed company CST), 7 days on, 7 days off rotation, with a $5/hour shift reputed company
- Veterinary Information Specialist I: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 2pm-2:30am CST, and a $2/hour shift reputed company for evening shifts
- Veterinary Industry Representative I: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 10am-10:30pm CST, and a $2/hour shift reputed company for evening shifts
Training Requirements
- 4-week (6-week for Overnight Veterinary Information Specialist I) full-time, reputed company, remote training process
- Training schedules are determined in advance and may include daytime/evening hours and weekends
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience performing veterinary technician duties in a veterinary facility
- Above average proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, reputed company Office, and common computer software and hardware
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
