Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts across various stages of the lifecycle, developing strong product knowledge and implementing advanced use cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company as the voice of the customer, championing their needs and driving customer engagement, adoption, and renewal models.
- Build strong relationships with peers and colleagues from CX, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to optimize solutions for our customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining metrics and ROI data to demonstrate value and reputed company customers to own their solutions.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B reputed company-facing account management, support, or project management experience, preferably involving reputed company services targeting SMB customers.
