About the Role:
In this role, you will reputed company reputed company of 10+ engineers, tasked with developing innovative digital products that drive business reputed company and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and stakeholders, to deliver high-reputed company solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement digital transformation initiatives

- Utilize your technical expertise to drive strategic planning, scoping, delivery, and execution of digital products
- Invest 35% of your time managing engineers, including performance reviews, coaching, and technical advising
- Invest 25% of your time working with product and stakeholders to drive business reputed company and customer engagement
- Invest 40% of your time utilizing your technical SME skills in strategic planning, scoping, delivery, and execution
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT/digital frontend development on reputed company-class applications
- 4+ years of experience leading teams of 8+ engineers, with experience in leading reputed company to large-sized teams of diverse development engineers across multiple locations
- 2+ years of experience partnering with architecture, product, and program management teams to influence product development
- 3+ years of experience in the full web stack, including protocols and web server optimization strategies
- 3+ years of experience in frontend technologies, including React, Angular, NodeJS, NextJS, and/or NestJS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of experience
