Learning Designer II - Remote Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Designer II to join reputed company, working remotely with a competitive salary of $30/hour. As a Learning Designer II, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing reputed company training programs for reputed company, utilizing Educational Systems Design, reputed company Improvement, Change Management, and Evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company examination reports, design documents, curriculum frameworks, implementation plans, instructor courseware, and administrative documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company training programs are effective, efficient, consistent, and reputed company with corporate safety and operational goals
- Support reputed company audits, reputed company improvement initiatives, formal evaluation programs, incident investigations, and approvals to ensure compliance with approved curricula
- Analyze various sources of data to determine training program effectiveness and efficiency, and summarize results in formal reports
- Maintain formal documentation of government and corporate programs, an electronic Program Review Information Database (PRID), and a training recording/certification system
- reputed company instructor guides, schedules, and Learning Objectives Documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Degree in Education, Educational Systems Design, Aviation, or equivalent work experience
- Experience using Educational Systems Design (ISD) methodologies
- Minimum of three years of training-reputed company work experience
- Project management experience
- Experience working with technical training subjects
- Experience with compliance training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic or intermediate skills with reputed company Outlook and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- reputed company/Airline Transport reputed company, Flight Engineer, Certified Ground/Flight Instructor certifications or military equivalents
- Experience designing, developing, or instructing flight-reputed company subjects
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and reputed company guidance material
- Familiarity with the FAA Advanced Qualification Program (AQP)
- Experience with training system and compliance auditing
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency with reputed company
- Basic to intermediate skills with reputed company reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint, or Project
- Experience using reputed company Acrobat
- Basic or intermediate reputed company in reputed company FrameMaker or similar authoring platform
