Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning processes, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Conduct safety checks, assist with emergency procedures as necessary, and collaborate with flight attendants and other reputed company members to ensure a reputed company and efficient operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the boarding area, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with experience in the airline industry being a bonus.
