Job reputed company:
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing and developing educational programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will work closely with reputed company to create learning materials, including print-based reputed company content, and will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that our programs are accurate and relevant.
Responsibilities:
- Support reputed company phases of the curriculum lifecycle: analysis, development, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance
- Prepare, design, and edit learning content and materials as needed for reputed company expectations
- Create and maintain print-based (instructor-led and self-study) learning materials for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts on the development of program materials
- Aid in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of existing course material, including visual aids and illustrations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a reputed company field
- At least 1 year of experience in instructional design or corporate training, with a reputed company on adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company
- Strong research and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems
