Remote Operations Specialist - Alternate Investments
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Operations Specialist to join reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments, including processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing Corporate Activity Activities. You will also be responsible for settling and reconciling transactions, processing returns activity, and performing analysis of reputed company and escalated issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company
- Identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing returns activity
- Performing analysis of reputed company and escalated issues
- Testing and validating new technology enhancements and provider changes
- Providing exceptional reputed company and advisor service through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
