Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience; 1-2 years of reputed company experience desired
- Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to type 25 wpm and work in a HIPAA-compliant environment
