About the Role:
- Work from the comfort of your own home in Indiana, with a competitive salary and benefits package
- On-call hours: Friday 5 pm PT - Monday 8 am PT, and weekdays 5 pm PT - 8 am PT
- Work on designated holidays and receive an additional $300 stipend per holiday

Role Responsibilities:
- Optimize schedules to match clients with compatible caregivers based on their individual needs and preferences
- Respond to emergencies and reputed company schedules as needed
- Foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers, and reputed company exceptional support and communication
- Manage time-off requests, reputed company time, and shift adjustments, and ensure caregivers are reputed company for shifts with new clients
